Human Resources Administrator (part-time / temporary)

Salary according to collective agreement of €1044 gross / hour.

Part-time (4 hours) Monday to Friday.

Offices near the Bac de Roda metro station (Sant Martí, Barcelona).

· Payroll: validate the monthly payroll with the external consultancy, and ensure that

it is issued on time and without errors.

· Employee lifecycle: registrations, terminations, contracts, annexes, settlements, and all

associated labor documentation.

· People Systems: keep staff data up to date in the People tools

and guarantee that the data is reliable when someone requests it.

· Absences and vacations: control of absences, medical leaves, vacations, and

balances, with judgment and without anyone having to chase it.

· Flexible benefits: monthly management of PayFlow and the rest of the

administered benefits.

· Administrative onboarding and offboarding: ensuring that a person joining has

everything ready on their first day, and that someone leaving is closed out properly.

· Document compliance: maintain a complete and organized labor file,

including the training records required by the IFS Broker certification.

· Staff reporting: provide Finance with the staff and cost data that

they need each month.

· OHS Campaign: coordinate the annual campaign with the prevention service:

risk assessment, mandatory training, medical check-ups, and

monitoring of associated documentation.

· Workplace needs: cover the needs of the office and the team, from

materials and supplies to supplier relations, with cost judgment.

· OPEX invoice management: reception, verification, and processing of

People and office expense invoices, in coordination with Finance.

· Automate the repetitive: set up what is currently done manually using AI,

so that it continues to function when the Head of People arrives.

· 3+ years in administration, back office, or executive support, with real volume and

unmovable deadlines.

· High problem-solving capacity: encounters a new problem, understands the context, and

resolves it without needing to be explained twice.

· Common sense and judgment: knows what they can resolve alone and what must be escalated,

without asking about everything or deciding everything.

· Intensive use of AI in daily tasks.

reviewing, comparing documents, extracting data, and setting up their own support tools.

Claude, Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT or equivalents.

· Familiarity with Spanish labor regulations: contracts, types of working days,

absences, and disabilities.

· Good level of Excel.

· Absolute discretion with sensitive data.

· Ability to prioritize: in four hours, choices must be made.

· Native Spanish.
