🌟 At RDT, we are looking for a Document Controller in Madrid to participate in engineering projects where they will be responsible for ensuring the correct control, management, and traceability of all technical documentation generated during the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
🔹 Manage, control, and archive technical documentation generated during engineering projects.
🔹 Register, review, distribute, and track internal and external documents.
🔹 Control revisions, versions, and document statuses, guaranteeing the correct traceability of information.
🔹 Coordinate the document flow between multidisciplinary engineering teams.
🔹 Manage document transmissions with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
🔹 Maintain and update databases and document management systems.
🔹 Ensure compliance with the quality and document management procedures established in the project.
🔹 Prepare document monitoring and control reports.
✅ Requirements
🎓 Education related to Administration, Documentation, Document Management, or technical areas.
💼 Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Document Controller in engineering companies.
🌍 C1 level of English, both oral and written.
💻 Experience working with document control procedures in engineering project environments.
💻 Regular use of Microsoft Office and document management tools.
💻 Knowledge of document platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder, Documentum, or similar.
🤝 High organizational capacity and attention to detail.
🤝 Communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
🤝 Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
🤝 Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
