Intermediate English level is a plus. Other languages will be valued.

Your mission will consist of analyzing specifications and/or client requirements to generate the necessary documents (report, diagrams, costs, and schedule), all adapted to the technical and cost needs required by the client. Deliverables are usually produced within very short deadlines, so strong analytical and synthesis skills are required.

The Pre-Sales area of Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales analyzes the audiovisual projects and services required by clients, generating the technical report, diagrams, schedule, and costs, always adapting to the technical and economic needs of each case.

Telefónica Audiovisual Services (TSA) is the Telefónica Group company that has been creating broadcast audiovisual solutions since 1993.

With its head office in Spain and offices in Latin America, TSA stands out for its international character, offering broadcast and multimedia services and solutions anywhere in the world. Knowledge of the different tasks of a pre-sales function is valued, as well as specific knowledge of:

• Broadcast systems and products.
• Suppliers and manufacturers in the sector.
• Knowledge of the different roles within a production center (directing, sound control, camera control, studios, master control, graphics, newsroom, advanced editing, continuity, links, lighting, documentation, mobile units, DSNGs...)
• Networks, storage, tape libraries, IT systems in general.
• Public and private networks.
• Knowledge of different video and audio formats.
• Knowledge of AV technologies over IP infrastructure, such as SMPTE 2110, SMPTE 2022, AES67.
• Knowledge of remote production projects and systems.
• Knowledge of orchestration systems.
• Knowledge of system virtualization.

Knowledge of the following tools is valued:

• Preparation of scope documents and technical reports (SoW, Scope of Work) using MS Word.
• Preparation of diagrams and plans (using Visio and AutoCAD).
• Preparation of economic proposals (managing costs and margins) using MS Excel.
• Preparation of schedules and Gantt charts using MS Project.
