What you'll do

We are looking for professionals with an analytical vision, organizational capacity, and attention to detail to join us in the economic-financial management of these projects, ensuring compliance with the requirements demanded by funding entities and facilitating the success of our innovation initiatives.

What will your mission be? 🎯

You will be responsible for the economic-financial and administrative management of innovation projects funded through national and international public grants, ensuring correct budgetary, documentary, and regulatory compliance monitoring throughout the entire life cycle of the projects.

You will act as a connection point between technical teams, corporate areas, and public funding organizations, guaranteeing the proper management of grants, audits, and associated processes.

What skills are we looking for in you? 🔎

Analyze public funding calls, reviewing technical, administrative, and financial requirements for the submission of national and international proposals.
Manage the economic monitoring of innovation projects, including budgets, invoicing, guarantees, UTEs (Temporary Joint Ventures), and maintenance of project structures in SAP.
Coordinate and prepare the documentation necessary for audits, justification processes, and requirements from funding organizations.
Maintain interaction with public entities, technical areas, and internal teams to ensure compliance with deadlines, procedures, and obligations associated with the aid received.
Manage associated processes such as Social Security bonuses, LISMI, and notifications through electronic offices.
