What you'll get

  • Temporary contract.
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00, and intensive working days every Friday and during summer (June, July, August) from 8:00 to 14:00.
  • Salary: €28,500 gross per year

An important company located in Zamudio needs to hire an Executive Assistant Administrator for the finance department and the technology and support department. The selected person will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

  • Management of the manager's and the department's agenda, including the coordination of meetings, visits, and travel.
  • Organization and follow-up of meetings (calls, documentation, minutes, and agreements).
  • Attention and management of internal and external communications (telephone, email, and other channels).
  • General administrative support: preparation, filing, and control of documentation and records.
  • Preparation of reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordination with other departments and operational support to the team.

Requirements

  • Training in executive secretarial studies / FP2 / diploma
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of computing calculation tools is valued
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Residency in Bilbao or surrounding areas
  • Availability for immediate start
