🔥 What this is about

You will be Ucademy's first line of fire.

Forget about blind cold calling. Here you will manage leads from people who have already left us their details because they want to study for a vocational qualification (FP).

Your day-to-day: call quickly, understand what they want to do with their lives, resolve their doubts, and enroll them. Straight to the point.

The goal: convert interest into real enrollments.

We are an EdTech that helps people get an official online FP degree, but without the massive piles of notes from the last century.

The product: a platform that truly adapts to the student.

The reality: we sell something useful, that people actually need to improve their salary or change jobs.

The product speaks for itself. You don't have to trick anyone to sell it, which helps you sleep well at night.

🎯 What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a young spirit, who has a "bite," but also has ears.

In sales, the one who talks the most isn't the one who sells the most. It's the one who listens best.

Mindset: someone who doesn't sink if they get three "noes" in a row in the morning.

Skill: someone who handles objections without sounding like a telemarketing robot.

Filter: if you're the type who complains about the CRM instead of picking up the phone, don't apply.

💸 The conditions

Let's get to the important part, because we don't work here for the love of art:

Stability: permanent contract from day one.

Fixed salary: €21,000 gross/year starting.

Commissions with absolutely no ceiling: if you're an average salesperson, you'll stick with your fixed salary. If you're a fucking rocket at selling, the top people here earn around €50,000 per year between fixed and variables.

You choose which group you want to be in.
