The role

At UNIR (Proeduca Group) we are looking for a Student Support Manager to join our Student Support team.

What you'll do

Personalized attention to students through multiple channels: telephone, email, and chat.
Manage and record all interactions in the CRM, ensuring efficient follow-up and excellent service.
Lead key procedures such as enrollments, document management, and incident resolution, ensuring a smooth experience for students.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve student satisfaction.

How you'll work

🕜 Full-time: M-T from 12:15 to 21:00 h | W-Th-F from 12:30 to 21:00 h. Afternoon shift: M-Th 13:30 to 22:00 and F 13:30 to 20:00.

💻 Hybrid work model (50%-50%) after 6 months.

🏢 Offices located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, 3 minutes from the Renfe station of Pozuelo.
