🔎We are opening a permanent position as Business Development Manager (Transport specialty) for our workplace in Tenerife and we want you to be part of our team!

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Strategy and planning: Design the commercial plan together with the cargo general management of BALEARIA, setting objectives and market shares
• Team management: Lead and motivate the sales force, delegates, and agents of BALEARIA CANARIAS
• Results control: Set sales targets and monitor their achievement. Analyze both key indicators (KPIs) and revenue levels by line and by customer
• Customer relations: Participate in negotiating major accounts and strategic agreements
• Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with the rest of the company's departments to align the achievement of the set objectives
• Market analysis: Identify business niches, study the competition, and adapt pricing policy in coordination with the cargo general management
• Development of potential products in collaboration with the cargo management
• Participation in the global committees of the Cargo Department
