B2B Technical Support: Attention, advice, and resolution of electromechanical technical incidents raised by the network of official dealers and workshops.
Warranty Management: Analysis, processing, monitoring, and resolution of warranty files using CRM tools.
Coordination and Documentation: Preparation of technical incident reports, support manuals, and technical liaison with manufacturers.
Modality: On-site (Madrid).
