The role

At Polaris, we believe that good training is not just about having a lot of content, but about offering the right content, at the right time, and in the right way.

We were born with a clear vision: to transform the way people learn and prepare to achieve their goals, through our own academic methodology, quality content, and a learning experience designed in detail.

Polaris is our academic model: the system that connects methodology, content, technology, and people to ensure that every student has a structured, updated, and results-oriented learning path.

It is not just about teaching. It is about building a learning experience that makes a difference.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to become the person who ensures the Polaris content roadmap is fulfilled from start to finish.

You will be the link between Academic Directors, teachers, Student Success, and technology, ensuring that every piece of content is where it should be, arrives when it needs to arrive, and meets our quality standards.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages a platform. We are looking for an organized, resourceful person with initiative, capable of coordinating different teams, anticipating problems, and making things happen.

Your great challenge will be to ensure that, before the second semester of 2027, all our training programs have their asynchronous content covered under the Polaris Method.

  • You will lead the content roadmap: you will coordinate deliveries from the different Academic Directors, defining what is done, who does it, when, and with which tools.

  • You will create content with AI: you will generate the initial foundations for certain content and help accelerate production processes.

  • You will ensure quality: you will review courses to guarantee that students always find updated, organized content aligned with Polaris.

  • You will coordinate incidents and deliveries: you will follow up on deadlines and ensure that any content-related problem is resolved as soon as possible.

  • You will be close to the students and the teaching staff: you will gather feedback, detect opportunities for improvement, and provide support to teachers in using the platform.

  • You will drive continuous improvement: you will participate in the evolution of content, course structure, and the technological tools we use.

Ultimately, you will be the one who ensures the academic strategy becomes a real learning experience for our students.

How you'll work

  • Offices: Madrid (Cuzco).

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 19:30. Remote on Wednesdays.

  • Remote: Four weeks in summer and two weeks at Christmas.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS?

We want your onboarding to have an impact from the very first moment:

  • 30 days: all active courses clean, updated, and without unnecessary content or content that does not meet our guidelines.

  • 60 days: all training programs with their Module 0, the introductory block that every student needs to begin their training.

  • 90 days: all the syllabus for public service exams converted to the Polaris Method and aligned with our pedagogical guidelines.

We will measure your impact through roadmap compliance, speed in incident resolution, student content ratings, and meeting delivery dates.
