What you'll do

Reporting to the head of the company in Spain, this person will be responsible for:

Identifying and developing new markets and business opportunities, expanding the company's presence in Spain.
Driving growth across different business areas, working in a coordinated manner with their managers.
Boosting cross-selling, leveraging the complementarity between the different service lines and the existing relationship with clients.
Developing a key account management strategy, increasing the global vision regarding strategic clients and fostering long-term, high-value relationships.
Increasing the penetration of the company's services within the current client base, identifying new needs and opportunities within each business area.
Structuring and professionalizing the commercial function, providing it with a more transversal, results-oriented vision aligned with the company's global strategy.
Leading and developing the sales team, combining existing sectoral and technical specialization with a common commercial vision.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

+10 years in commercial roles, +5 in management.
Essential: experience in ICT or technical services (energy, sustainability, certification).
Success in managing complex sales teams (B2B).
Track record in business growth and key accounts.
Experience in P&L management (>20M€).
Advanced English.
