We are looking for an Administrative Lead to join our team of Administrative Leads.

What would your role be? 📋

• Coordinate the management of authorizations, registrations, terminations, contracts, payroll, and settlements, contract modifications, garnishments, and temporary disabilities within the Household Regime with the management agency.

• Advise our families on everything related to employment: Social Security, contracts, payroll and settlements, vacations, employee disabilities, invoicing, etc.

• Prepare customer sales invoices.

• Coordinate with the commercial, recruitment, and socio-sanitary case management departments to ensure correct customer service.
