What we're looking for

Fluent Dutch (essential).
University or technical degree with an analytical orientation (Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or similar).

We are selecting a Functional and Technical Support Specialist (Dutch) to join the team at SDP, a company specializing in time management technological solutions. The position is oriented towards a future evolution into a functional consultancy role.

What you'll do

Provide functional and technical support to clients in Belgium regarding the use of the time management platform.
Manage, analyze, and resolve first-level functional incidents in the tool, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Diagnose complex problems and escalate incidents to other levels when necessary.
Participate actively in the basic configuration and parameterization of the software.
Collaborate continuously with the international team in Belgium.
Progressively evolve towards functional consultancy functions, providing support and advice to clients.

How you'll work

Stable contract and immediate start.
Career plan oriented towards functional consultancy.
Hybrid working model:

-First 3 months: 100% on-site (training and integration period).

-From the 4th month onwards: 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.

Flexible schedule with entry between 8:00 and 9:00 h, and exit between 17:00 and 18:00 h.
