Selection Technician for Engineering / IT profiles

We want to bring in a new colleague to one of our business teams, in a role as Talent Manager for our Business Unit

As Talent Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment of technology profiles:

1. Analysis and implementation of strategies to attract talent for your unit.
2. Posting and managing job offers for IT profiles, especially Engineering.
3. Conducting in-depth interviews, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.
4. Testing: administering language tests or technical assessments required for the role.

• Management and follow-up of consultants.

1. Carrying out regular follow-ups to support their development and well-being.

• Education in Psychology, HR, or related people-focused fields. A master's degree or additional training in Human Resources is a plus.
• Experience of 2 to 3 years in recruiting technology and/or engineering profiles.
• Experience in managing and supporting people is highly valued.
• Experience in the engineering and technology sector is highly valued.
• Languages: Native Spanish; Catalan and upper-intermediate English are highly valued.
• Soft Skills: decisive, team-oriented, strong people management, organized, detail-oriented, and ethical
• Option to go 2 times per week to our offices in the 22@ district.

Como Talent Manager, tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

• Selección de perfiles tecnológicos:

1. Análisis e implementación de estrategias para la atracción de talento de tu unidad.
2. Publicación y gestión de ofertas de perfiles IT y sobre todo de Ingeniería.
3. Realización de entrevistas en profundidad, asegurando el ajuste técnico y cultural.
4. Pruebas: realizar pruebas de idiomas o validaciones técnicas necesarias para el puesto.

• Gestión y seguimiento de consultores.

1. Realizar seguimientos periódicos para favorecer su desarrollo y bienestar.

• Formación en Psicología, Rrhh o afines al área de personas. Valorable estudios de máster o formación complementaria en áreas de Recursos Humanos.
• Experiencia entre 2 y 3 años en selección de perfiles tecnológicos y/o de ingeniería.
• Muy valorable la experiencia en gestión y acompañamiento de personas.
• Muy valorable la experiencia en sector ingeniería y tecnología
• Idiomas: Castellano nativo, muy valorable catalán e Inglés medio-alto.
• Soft Skils: carácter resolutivo, con interés por el trabajo en equipo y la gestión de personas, organización y orientación al detalle, ética profesional
• Posibilidad de ir 2 veces por semana a nuestras oficinas del 22@.
