At Geprom | Part of Telefónica TECH, we are looking for a People & Talent Generalist to join our team and provide direct support to the People Manager in integral talent management. The selected person will actively participate in recruitment processes, onboarding, people development, labor management, and organizational culture, contributing to building an attractive and efficient work environment.

What you'll do

The responsibilities of the selected candidate will be:

Recruitment and selection

Participate in the design and implementation of general recruitment strategies.

Draft and update job descriptions and vacancy profiles.

Post offers on job boards, social networks, and other attraction channels.

Perform active candidate searches using selection tools, social media, and networking.

Filter and pre-select CVs based on defined requirements.

Coordinate interviews and tests with candidates.

Collaborate in the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a complete onboarding experience.

Generate clear and documented recruitment reports for the People team.

Manage relationships with universities, training centers, job fairs, agencies, and external providers.

Create and maintain an updated and segmented candidate database.

Performance evaluation and internal development

Collaborate in professional development campaigns and career plans.

Support performance evaluation processes and the identification of internal potential.

Propose and drive training and competency development initiatives.

Labor relations and labor management

Support the definition and updating of internal policies and procedures.

Collaborate in the drafting of contracts and labor documentation.

Provide support in payroll management and day-to-day labor operations (registrations, terminations, incidents, etc.).

Ensure regulatory compliance regarding labor and HR matters.

Work climate and culture

Support the evaluation and analysis of the work climate through motivation surveys.

Contribute to the creation and implementation of initiatives that reinforce team satisfaction.

Promote activities that foster internal communication, cohesion, and a sense of belonging.

Detect opportunities for improvement in the work environment and propose concrete actions together with the People Manager.
